Ingredients
- 1 small fresh pineapple or canned
- 2 bananas
- 25 cl. milk
- 1 teaspoon fine. tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 / 2 lemon
- 2 tsp. tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 gr. coconut grated
The Recipe
- Boil the milk in a saucepan. In a bowl or a bowl, work with a whip, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons. tablespoon sugar and the sachet of vanilla sugar. When the mixture foams, add flour, pour in boiling milk, whisking gently net. Back into the pot and let thicken over low heat, continuing to beat with the whip hand, the bottom of the pan so the mixture does not stick. Then cool in a bowl or a bowl.
- Squeeze half a lemon. Crush bananas and mix with the juice of half lemon, include preparing pastry cream, mixing gently. Peel pineapple, remove the ends and slice it into quarters, remove the hard central part (or do well drained pineapple slices canned).
- Place pineapple slices on a serving plate, spread cream banana in the center of each pineapple slice. Sprinkle generously over sliced pineapple, shredded coconut. Decorate the center of the dish, with the nerve green (leaves) of pineapple or a few heads of flowers, placed in a small ramekin half filled with water.
