Ingredients

  • 20 slices of bread square
  • 1 can tuna
  • 150 g black olives and green
  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons
  • tablespoons mayonnaise, chervil, tarragon

The Recipe

  1. Lightly toast the bread.
    Butter one side.
     
  2. On the first, put the lettuce leaves, cover it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with crumbs tuna and olives pitted and chopped.
     
  3. Superimpose the second slice of bread with a little mayonnaise and a bed of thin cucumber slices.
    The third slice of bread: mayonnaise, tomatoes and hard boiled egg cut into slices.
     
  4. The fourth installment butter, peppers cut into thin slices, mayonnaise, a few sprigs of chervil and tarragon, finely chopped.
