- 200 gr. flour
- 100 gr. butter
- 1 / 2 tsp. coffee table salt
- 1 tsp. tablespoons sugar
- 1 / 2 cup water

- 01 / On a work plan, sift flour, then with the back of the hand, make a well "fountain" add salt. Add butter cut into small pieces. For the sweet dough, mixing quickly to sugar.
- 02 / Mix liquids (put eggs or egg yolks + water in a small bowl and beat lightly with a fork) Pour the mixture into the fountain.
03 / Mix fingertips butter with the liquid. Gradually incorporate the flour from the inside of the fountain. Gather the dough and strawberries it quickly (by passing the dough between the palms of the hand and the plate pastry).
