Pasta Salad with Melon and Shrimp

for 6 people


  • 175 gr. pasta
  • 250 gr. frozen raw shrimp and drained
  • 1 or 2 small melons of different variety
  • Chinese salad
  • 2 tsp. tablespoon chopped chives or parsley
  • 4 tsp. tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tsp. tablespoons of vinegar with tarragon
  • A few sprigs of chopped coriander

  1. Cook the pasta "al dente" in a large quantity of salted water, following the instructions on the package. Drain the pass them under cold water. Book.
     
  2. Shell the shrimp completely. Cut the melon or two, seeded them and make small balls with a spoon Parisienne. Book cool.
