- 175 gr. pasta
- 250 gr. frozen raw shrimp and drained
- 1 or 2 small melons of different variety
- Chinese salad
- 2 tsp. tablespoon chopped chives or parsley
- 4 tsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tsp. tablespoons of vinegar with tarragon
- A few sprigs of chopped coriander

- Cook the pasta "al dente" in a large quantity of salted water, following the instructions on the package. Drain the pass them under cold water. Book.
