Mellow chocolate cake

8 ramekins to 9 cm. diameter


  • 160 gr. Dark chocolate for baking
  • 160 gr. butter
  • 200 gr. sugar
  • 60 gr. flour
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 10 gr. butter

 

35 à 40 mn.
30 mn. 220°C.(th.7/8)/425-450°F

 


 

 

  1. Melt in a bain-marie gently, chocolate broken into small pieces with hazelnut butter.
     
  2. Preheat oven to 240 ° C. (th.8)
     
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour and sugar. Add the egg yolks into the sugar-flour mixture and mix well together. Add chocolate and stir until dough is smooth and homogeneous.
     
  4. Butter the ramekins and fill them with chocolate preparation.
    Bake for 12 mn.Servez warm.
