Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 80 gr. of cantal
  • 4 slices bread, toasted
  • 2 tsp. tablespoon full of flour
  • 1 tsp. Coffee curry
  • 1 / 4 liter milk
  • 2 tsp. cream soup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 15 gr. margarine
  • parsley
  • chervil
  • salt, pepper

The Recipe

  1. Cook the eggs 10 minutes. in boiling water. Let them cool then husk them. In a saucepan mix flour with cold milk and complete. Turn to cook, remove from the heat from the first broths.
     
  2. Add cream, salt, pepper, curry and Cantal cheese. In a buttered gratin dish, place bread slices toasted previously well rubbed with garlic, lay eggs above the cut in half lengthwise.
     
  3. Coat with the curry sauce. Make gratin in the oven 10 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley and chervil carvings.
