  • 9 egg whites
  • 40 gr. sifted flour
  • 160 gr. sugar
  • 120 gr. coarsely chopped hazelnuts
  • 100 gr. butter

30 mn. 200°C. (th.6-7)/425-450°F

 


 

 

  1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. (th.6-7).
     
  2. Crush the hazelnuts coarsely, and then spend the few minutes in a hot oven.
     
  3. In a bowl, mix well the egg whites with sugar. Add the chopped hazelnuts, sifted flour and melted butter, mix well.
