Ingredients

  • 1 kg. of white almond paste
  • 250 gr. sifted icing sugar
     
  • For chocolate flower petals:
  • 100 gr. pellets of chocolate
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp. coffee coffee
  • Pearl sugar
  • 1 tsp. Coffee Water
     
  • For the flowers of purple heart:
  • 4 tsp. coffee cream of coconut (not liquid)
  • 2 tsp. tablespoons of grated coconut
  • 1 egg white
  • Beads mimosa sugar
  • Violet sugar
     
  • For the flower petals of almond:
  • Almond émondées
  • Pearl white sugar
  • Yolk
  • 2 tsp. coffee vanilla extract
     
  • For the flower petals of roses:
  • 2 tsp. Coffee rose water
  • 3 drops of red dye
  • 1 egg white
  • 100 gr. of candied rose petals
     
  • For double-petalled flowers to:
  • 1 tsp. Coffee orange (untreated)
  • 2 tsp. Coffee of orange flower water
  • 3 drops of yellow coloring and 1 drop of red
  • Yolk
  • 50 gr. Gable and almonds émondées

The Recipe

  1. Knead gently 1 kg. of almond paste with 250 gr. sifted icing sugar. Then divide this dough into 5 equal parts.
     
  2. For flowers with petals of chocolate:

    Mix 2 tablespoons. Coffee coffee with 1 tsp. coffee water. Mix the first part of marzipan, form two balls, divide into 4 half-balls, using a knife dipped in boiling water. Brush with 1 egg white, decorate with chocolate pellets. Book.
     

  3. For flowers in the heart of violets:

    Knead 2 nd part of almond paste with 4 tablespoons. coffee cream of coconut without the liquid. Form 2 balls, then 4 half-balls. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with 2 tsp. tablespoons of grated coconut. Prick the center of a pearl mimosa sugar and 1 purple sugar.
     

  4. For flower petals almonds:

    Preheat oven to 200 ° C. (th.6) Knead the 3rd part of almond paste with 2 tsp. coffee vanilla extract. Form 2 balls, then 4 half-balls, brush with egg yolk. Decorate with small white pearls of sugar. Train with almond petals trimmed and cut in half. Ask these 4 flowers in marzipan on a baking sheet. Bake approx. 5 min. Book.
     

  5. For flower petals of roses:

    Knead the 4th part of almond paste with 2 tsp. coffee water roses. Add 3 drops of red dye. Form 4 half-balls, brush with egg white. Make the petals with rose petals preserved. Book.

    For flowers with double petals:

    Preheat oven to 200 ° C. (th.6) Knead the last part of almond paste with 2 tsp. Coffee of orange flower water, 1 tsp. Coffee orange zest, 3 drops of yellow coloring and 1 drop of red. Form 4 half-balls, brush with egg yolk. Petals made with pine nuts, then another row with almonds trimmed and cut in half. Place the 4 petal flowers on a double plate of the oven and Bake for 3 minutes. approx.

    In the tissue with different colors, choose colors and then cut 3 circles larger than the flowers in marzipan. A scissors made ripples on the edge of each circle. Make 20 large circles, 20 circles means, and 20 small circles (the latter must still be a little larger than the flowers in marzipan).
