Ingredients

  • 275 gr. dark chocolate
  • 25 gr. butter
  • 175 ml. thick fresh cream (or 3 / 4 cup)
  • For coating truffles:
  • Cocoa powder, chopped pistachios or hazelnuts
  • 400 gr. dark chocolate, milk or white

The Recipe

  1. In a saucepan bring cream to simmer. Add the chocolate and let melt. Add butter, mix and spread the mixture over a bowl. Then let cool and place in refrigerator for 8 h.
     
  2. Next, fill a baking tray with a sheet of paper. Then with 2 teaspoons or a tablespoon ice shape 20 to 30 balls with the preparation for the chocolate and drop them as on paper.
     
  3. Share the quantity of truffles in three will give you 3 kinds of truffles. Sift cocoa over a bowl. Roll-y part of truffles one at one in maintaining their round shape. Make another game with a coating of pistachios or hazelnuts, roll them in nuts. Cover and place in the refrigerator.
     
  4. For the third party, prepare a glaze chocolate. Place the truffles at least 1 h. cool.
     
  5. Melt the chocolate in a bowl chosen in a water bath. Turn until chocolate is melted and smooth. Let cool slightly. Dip the truffles aside to cool with a fork, one at a time in the slightly cooled chocolate. Drop the excess chocolate by tapping on the edge of the bowl. If chocolate thickens made it warm until it is smooth. On a piece of parchment paper, place truffles one after the other and keep them cool. Present these goodies in a pretty cup, mixing harmoniously perfumes.
