Ingredients
- 275 gr. dark chocolate
- 25 gr. butter
- 175 ml. thick fresh cream (or 3 / 4 cup)
- For coating truffles:
- Cocoa powder, chopped pistachios or hazelnuts
- 400 gr. dark chocolate, milk or white
The Recipe
- In a saucepan bring cream to simmer. Add the chocolate and let melt. Add butter, mix and spread the mixture over a bowl. Then let cool and place in refrigerator for 8 h.
- Next, fill a baking tray with a sheet of paper. Then with 2 teaspoons or a tablespoon ice shape 20 to 30 balls with the preparation for the chocolate and drop them as on paper.
- Share the quantity of truffles in three will give you 3 kinds of truffles. Sift cocoa over a bowl. Roll-y part of truffles one at one in maintaining their round shape. Make another game with a coating of pistachios or hazelnuts, roll them in nuts. Cover and place in the refrigerator.

If chocolate thickens made it warm until it is smooth. On a piece of parchment paper, place truffles one after the other and keep them cool. Present these goodies in a pretty cup, mixing harmoniously perfumes.
