  • 100 gr. cocoa
  • 40 gr. sugar
  • 50 cl. cream
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 egg yolks

  1. In a saucepan, pour the cream.
    Then simmer, let it cool. Add the cocoa and mix.

    Mix well until mixture is well blended.
     
  3. Preheat oven to 90 ° C. (th.3)
     
  4. Oil 4 ramekins from water bath.
