Ingredients

  • 1 bun per person
  • 200 g bean sprouts
  • 1 / 2 package of Chinese black mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 5 or 6 sheets of white lettuce
  • lemon, olive oil, chervil

The Recipe

  1. Soak the mushrooms in a container of hot water 30 minutes.
     
  2. Cook in salted water for 25 minutes.
    Book.
     
  3. Boil two liters of salt water, pour in the bean sprouts.
    When the water begins to boil, drain the vegetables are cooked.
    Book.
     
  4. Cut into thin strips lez tomatoes (by keeping only the outer flesh and skin), white chicken and lettuce leaves.
    Make a vinaigrette with lemon and olive oil, add two tablespoons of chopped chervil.
     
  5. Mix all the elements and season with the vinaigrette.
    Refrigerate 20 minutes.
    Remove the top of the bun.
