- 200 g bean sprouts
- 1 / 2 package of Chinese black mushrooms
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 chicken breast
- 5 or 6 sheets of white lettuce
- lemon, olive oil, chervil
The Recipe
- Soak the mushrooms in a container of hot water 30 minutes.
- Cook in salted water for 25 minutes.
Book.
- Boil two liters of salt water, pour in the bean sprouts.
When the water begins to boil, drain the vegetables are cooked.

- Cut into thin strips lez tomatoes (by keeping only the outer flesh and skin), white chicken and lettuce leaves.
Make a vinaigrette with lemon and olive oil, add two tablespoons of chopped chervil.
