Gâteau à l'orange

  • 185 gr. flour
  • 225 gr. butter
  • 225 gr. sugar
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 candied orange peel
  • 3 / 4 packet of baking powder
  • 5 cl. Grand Marnier
  • Sugar

  1. Remove the peel of oranges, chop it finely and set aside.
     
  2. Squeeze the juice of an orange and remove the segments of the second. Using a whisk, soften butter, add the juice and the chopped orange zest. Stir and add eggs one by one. Add the flour and yeast together. Work with a whisk and flavor with the Grand Marnier.
    Preheat oven to 210 ° C. (th.7).
     
  3. In a failed buttered mold, pour the preparation and Bake for 40 minutes. Once the cake starts to brown, cover it with a sheet of aluminum foil and continue cooking. Check doneness by sticking the tip of a knife it should dry out. Turn out immediately out of the oven.
     
  4. Decorate with orange segments, candied peel and sprinkle with icing sugar.
