  • 500 gr. canned cherries or natural
  • 180 gr. flour
  • 100 gr. cocoa powder
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 100 gr. butter
  • 75 gr. almond powder
  • 6 eggs
  • 10 cl. kirsch
  • 1 package of baking powder
  • 1 package vanilla sugar
     
  • For the whipped cream:
  • 20 cl. liquid cream
  • 2 packages of vanilla sugar
     
  • For the decoration:
  • Cherries
  • Dark Chocolate

 

40 à 45mn. + 2 h. de réfrigération
30 mn. 180°C.(th.6)/400-425°F

 


 

 

  1. Make macerate the cherries in kirsch for 2 h.
